Live Event PowerPoint Graphic Operator

Location: Leatherhead

Job purpose:

To be part of a multi-skilled and vibrant design team delivering Graphic/Presentation design of corporate presentations that showcase high levels of creativity and understanding.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Client Management

  • Support the Client team in the preparation of RFP & Proposals as required
  • Attend Client meetings, calls and reviews on a regular basis or as required
  • Create and Maintain client relationships being seen as the go-to person for Presentation Content

• PowerPoint Graphics Management

  • Ensuring that all reports and presentation material are produced and formatted in a professional manner
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations within existing templates
  • Updating and applying brand to existing presentations
  • Creating word documents/reports within company house style
  • Managing the delivery of literature to client expectations within approved deadlines
  • Creating new templates in PowerPoint/Word
  • Working with the teams to ensure that suppliers provide a sufficient level of service
  • Being a part of the new global rebrand project.

• Key Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint template design and functionality
  • You will need to be comfortable onsite at events managing PowerPoint slide advancement and amends as required, so long days and travel will be required
  • Adobe CC applications, particularly InDesign and Illustrator plus a working knowledge of Photoshop would be advantageous
  • The ability to cope well with high pressure/deadline driven environment
  • To be able to work well within a team environment and on own initiative

• Client Governance

  • Ensure compliance with client and company brand guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with client and company SLA’s
  • Ensure compliance with all client and company privacy and security protocols
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) 2018 Regulations

• Budget reconciliation & finance management

  • Review client budgets ensuring:
    • Client SLA’s are taken into account
    • Profit maximization
    • Accurate charging of costs (time & expenses) to the budget
  • Ensure prompt reconciliation post-event (maximum 30 working days or client specific)
  • Manage and submit personal expenses and credit card reconciliations within timeframes specified

• HubPlanner

  • Input of timesheet activity on a weekly basis
