touch associates was asked to help Merck celebrate its 350th birthday with an event showcasing the innovative nature and diversity of the ideas behind The Science and Technology company and the curiosity that generates them.

Strategy

Position the partnership as a team of curious minds dedicated to human progress; the inspiration behind the event’s theme: ‘The Art of Possibility’.

 

Expression

The Art of Possibility theme was intertwined across a 10-month internal marketing and speaker selection campaign, incorporating digital and printed media, inviting employees to become one of 13 TED speakers at the event and immersing Merck’s global audience in a world of storytelling.

 

Execution

Five activation zones; Explore, Immerse, Reflect, Engage and Imagine; designed to instil curiosity and ignite imagination. Experiences included a 3D installation, VR, holograms and interactive games.
